1. What should be the rating of the output fuse on the IDC series isolated DC-DC converter?

The output fuse should have a current rating equal to the output current rating of the respective converter.

2. What is the overload protection mechanism in the IDC-series isolated DC-DC converters?

The IDC-series isolated DC-DC converters have a fold-back current limiting mechanism, where-in as the load current increases above the rated value, the output voltage drops and automatically resets to the original voltage value once the overload is removed.
